Membership

We welcome you to join the club, from people wanting to get into running and athletics for the first time, to existing runners in the area wanting to improve their technique or simply run with like-minded people in a social group.

New Members

New Senior members are recommended to join us for up to three training sessions and give it a go as a trial period. Through this you will find out more about the training sessions we organise, as well as the competition and social opportunities being a member provide.

If you would like to come along please contact us and we can make sure you’re in the right place and run group.

As a member of HAAC, you will be expected to adhere to all our club policies and code of conducts.

These can be found on our Club Documents page.

A reduced membership will be applied for new members who join after 31st December, to cover the last 3 months of the membership year.

If you decide to become a member of HAAC, you can do so via Entry Central using the link below.

Please note that you must be 18 years+ to join HAAC as a senior member or train with this group.

Junior Membership

If you would like to become a member of Helensburgh AAC Juniors, or would like more information on the Club, please use the junior ‘Contact Us’ form to get in touch.

We have a small, dedicated team of British Athletics qualified coaches who are all Disclosure Scotland / PVG checked, providing 9 sessions per week over the summer and 7 sessions over the winter months. Literally thousands of volunteer hours per year!

We coach athletes from 9 to 18 in the Junior Section of the club in all aspects of Athletics to compete in various Track & Field, Road Running and Cross Country events throughout the year.

For those who are not yet 9 years, then we can add you to our waiting list and will contact you once a place is available.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Existing Members

The membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March the following year.

Concession rates are also offered for Student membership (£33 per annum) and for those over 60 years (£37 per annum). Second claim membership is also available (£20 per annum), and all details are on the Entry Central membership page.
