Helensburgh Amateur Athletic Club (HAAC) is an inclusive athletics club based in Helensburgh.
We are about 25 miles west of Glasgow situated between the north shore of the river Clyde and the hills that overlook Loch Lomond. As such, we have no shortage of off-road trails and beautiful scenery to help motivate us whilst out running.
The club is about participation while motivating and helping people push past the barriers to achieve individual goals, develop fitness and resilience to keep going even when faced with a challenge.
